ORDERING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Beckwith's Blades accepts several methods of payment in U.S. dollars only. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are welcome. You may order on-line on our secure server. Your information is protected by Verisign. If you are not comfortable with this method of payment you may call to place an order by credit card or you may mail us your order with payment. We accept money orders, bank checks, and personal checks by mail. Please allow three weeks for checks to clear and order to ship. If you would prefer to prepay, you may order by U.S.Mail. Simply enclose a check or money order for the order amount plus shipping and handling. Do not forget to include the model number for the blades you would like, your shipping address, and your daytime phone number. To place an order by telephone call 713-935-0886 Monday 1PM to 7PM, Tuesday thru Friday 10AM to 6PM, Saturday 10AM to 3PM Central time. Sometimes quantities are limited and online payment will take priority. Unfortunately, we do not control the international monetary systems or free trade treaties; so, prices are subject to change without notice. DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic shipping charges are based on the weight of the products ordered, your location, and the type of shipping you prefer. Charges are computed and displayed at the check out phase of ordering. We ship DHL ground in the Continental U.S. and U.S.Postal Global Priority Mail to Canada. We ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders ship the business day following the date of order. The exception to this is on orders paid by check. They are shipped after the check clears our bank (usually two to three weeks). If an item is out of stock we will e-mail you and give you an option to back order the item. Back orders can not be cancelled at a later time. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will ship most orders outside the United States of America, based on your country's import laws. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure items ordered are legal and acceptable for import. It is also the purchaser's responsibility to pay all taxes and import fees. All payments must be in U.S. dollars only and paid by international money order. Depending on your country's customs and postal services, shipping times may vary from two to six weeks. Please wait six weeks before requesting a trace on shipment. International customers must pay all freight charges. To place an International order you will need to email us the item desired and we will email you back with shipping cost and payment arrangements. Sorry but our online system will not do RETURNS
All sales are final. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Call or e-mail us to receive authorization. There will be a minimum 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must include all the original packaging and documents. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We are not a warranty return location but we will be glad to help you get in contact with the manufacturer to discuss your warranty. We will be glad to help you get a replacement for the first 30 days after invoice date on a defective product. CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders may only be cancelled if you are notified of a backorder and you contact us within 24 hours of the time the email was sent to you. There will be a $10.00 processing fee for those orders cancelled before shipment. Special Order and Limited Production items may not be cancelled for any reason. PRODUCT PHOTOS & DESCRIPTIONS
Photos are for reference only and may not match the product exactly. We are dependent on the manufacturer's for product photos and descriptions. It is the purchaser's responsibility to read the product description in order to insure he/she is purchasing the correct item. LEGAL NOTICES

Purchaser grants that he/she is in compliance with local and state laws and is legally able to purchase the items ordered, whether by phone, mail, fax, e-mail, or in person. Beckwith's Blades makes no expressed or implied warranty as to any matter not expressly provided herein, including, but not limited to, condition, quality, design, or fitness of the knife, sword, or other tool for any particular purpose or use. By accepting the knife, sword, or other tool, purchaser agrees to hold Beckwith's Blades and Beckwith Enterprises, its employees and associated companies, blameless and without liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage , or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of the knife, sword, or other tool. |
